Blessed to be a Blessing
Our Word for 2024 is “Blessed”
"Then God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves on the earth."
Genesis 1:28
The very first thing that God did after creating Adam and Eve was to bless them. God did this before He gave them their mission, and because they were blessed, Adam and Eve could fulfill their God-given purpose to be fruitful and multiply from a position of blessing.
Just like Adam and Eve, we can approach our year from a position of blessing rather than seeking to be blessed.
Because we are blessed, we can be fruitful and multiply!
Blessed to be a Blessing!
God blesses us so that we can be a blessing to others. Just as God promised Abraham that He would bless him to be a blessing to all the nations of the earth, we are also blessed to be a blessing!
Our Part
Each of us is part of God's eternal plan and purpose to bless our world and make His love and saving grace known to all! We do that by giving our time, talent, and treasure, to establish God's Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.

SUNDAYS at 10AM
At Newport Church, where services are currently being held at Newport Coast Community Center, you can expect to be welcomed into a friendly, positive environment, by people who are genuinely excited to see you. Our gatherings last about 75 minutes, are filled with great music, and include an inspiring message from the Bible by our pastors. Arrive a few minutes early or stay after the service to grab one of the best cups of coffee in town.
